Shermia Lovely, founder of Premier Guardian Services, is dedicated to protecting the well-being and rights of individuals who need support with decision-making. Across her career, she has worked extensively with youth, the elderly, and people with disabilities, providing compassionate, person-centered care that honors each person’s dignity and autonomy.

Shermia holds a Bachelor’s in Interdisciplinary Studies, strengthening her ability to approach every situation with both empathy and insight. With an advanced educational trajectory that anticipates a Master of Organizational Leadership in August 2027, her interdisciplinary background, grounded in human services, human resource development and business management, supports thoughtful, holistic guardianship and conservatorship planning. 

Premier Guardian Services is built on a deep commitment to individuals who are incapacitated, and not able to make their own decisions. She ensure advocacy that respects each client’s unique preferences, values, and goals. Shermia has been unanimously approved by the probate court to serve as a guardian, and she brings a steady, ethical focus to every engagement.

She specializes in complex cases, where clear communication, careful assessment, and reliable oversight are essential. Guided by empathy, respect, and professional integrity, Shermia is committed to ethical practice and to determining the best possible outcomes for those she serves.
